The Bergen Sharks will be once again offering Summer Swim Camp in 2012! Dates and times will be released ASAP!
Come Join the Bergen Sharks for a week of Swim instruction at our Home Pool at the Bergen County Y, a JCC in the TWP of Washington. Camp Highlights and Topics will include Stroke Instruction, Strength and Conditioning, Speed Work, Endurance, Dryland Training, Nutrition and Much More!!! The Bergen County Y, a JCC has numerous amenities including a 6 lane 25 yard pool, two fully equiped fitness centers, an indoor running track, a spin studio, 3 raquetball courts and so much more to offer to our swimmers.
