Volunteers job descriptions:
- Timers: Time swimmers in the diving blocks area and record time on card
- Runners: Take time cards from Timers to Table Workers
- Table Workers: Put cards in order from fast to slow and designate who has earned points
- Recorders: Enter all times and points onto team score sheet
- Time Enterer: Enters Sharks times into Team Manager on the team lap top
- Ribbon Writers: Write participants name and time on ribbons
- Locker Room Monitor (home meets only): Make sure there is no horse play in the locker rooms and welcomes and helps direct visiting team to the pool area
